Small Group Mat Class
A mix of Beginner and Intermediate mat classes to challenge your core, but keeps you feeling strong and refreshed.
Classes are held at Whiting Lakefront Park. Location and Times may vary!
Occasional outdoor pop-up classes are held as well. Follow @pilateswithpaula_ on Instagram for up to date information on classes in the park
Private Session
A one-on-one 50 minute session fully customized to you and your fitness & health goals. Perfect if you're looking for close attention to help with form, stamina, or looking to advance in your journey with pilates at your own rate.
Duet or Trio Pilates Session
Perfect if you want to receive the benefits of a private pilates session with the company of your friend(s)/loved one(s). Sessions can also be customized towards your goals and needs.
